URGENT ROLE FILLS ASAP
- Can effectively write requirements and translate high level business requirement into technical requirements
- Must be able to translate highly Technical requirements into Busniess requirements.
- Sits between tech and business, really need to be able to help business understand why tech may not be able to do something
- Ability to research on their own and figure out without too much back and forth
- Ability to work with data
- Implement processes for handling requirements currently
- Documenting change requests
- Retiring requirements
- Understanding cross commits
- Gap analysis
MUST HAVE:
- Banking experience
- Familiar with fees, rates, eligibility, tiering
- Not just a platform, actual product launch experience – legal, regulatory, etc.
- Knowledge of API, business rules
- Strong enough to know the correct approach to manage requirements-
- Excellent communication skills
