We are hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Individualized Home Support (IHS) services. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Individualized Home Supports (IHS) With Training services focused on skill development and independence according to the individual's Coordinated Service and Support Plan (CSSP)

• Cooking and meal planning
• Cleaning and household management
• Budgeting and money management
• Personal hygiene and self-care skills
• Scheduling and attending appointments
• Using community resources
• Social skills and community engagement

Daily Living Support & Community Integration:
Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed while encouraging independence, support meal planning and preparation, assist with appointments and errands, and help individuals participate in community and social activities.

Documentation, Monitoring & Compliance:
Complete accurate and timely documentation including daily progress notes and EVV/clock-in, monitor and report changes in the individual's condition or behavior, maintain a safe environment, and follow all company policies and 245D regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, or in healthcare preferred but not required
• Must pass DHS background study
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and teaching/coaching skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Experience working with high-behavior clients preferred
• Experience working with elderly clients is a plus
• Must be comfortable working in homes with pets (cats and dogs)
