Alu-3 Medium size. Gobi-2 cups cauliflower florets. Green Chilli -4. Red chilli powder-4 tspns. ginger garlic paste-1 tsp. onions-2 medium size. peanuts-100 grams. seasom sedds-1 tbspn. cloves-3,garam masala powder to taste. cinnamon sticks-2inch. salt to taste. turmeric. Oil-4 tbsp.
1.preparation method for gravey:Fry peanuts,cloves,cinnamon sticks,seasom seeds.Grind these ingradients by adding little gingergarlic paste and turmeric and little salt to taste,grind till it becomes paste. 2.Boil alu and cut into small pieces and then deep fry in oil till it becomes golden brown color. 3.Boil gobi flourets for just 3-4 minutes and keep aside. 4.Take kadai pour 4 tbspoons of oil and add jeera,musturd wait till it splutters then add chopped onion,gerrn chilli,little ginger garlic paste,fry them,add gobi and mix well then add mirchi powder,salt garam masala powder,turmeric.Fry for 5 minutes then add gravy add little water,keep it for 10 minutes in mideumflame then add fried alu. garnish with coriander leaves. 5.serve with hot rice or roti.
