Oil 3 tbsp
Whole Red chilli 1-2, Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Coriander seeds 1/4 tsp
Sliced onion 1
Chopped carrot 2-3 
Cauliflower 10-12 florets
Red, yellow & green bell pepper 1 cup
Baby corns 5-6 
Salt as per taste
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp,Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp, Coriander leaves 1 tsp
Chopped tomato 1, Chopped green chilli 2-3 tsp
Vinegar 2-3 tsp

You can add French beans & cabbage to this if u like.
Heat oil in a pan, roast red chilli, cumin & coriander seeds.
Then roast sliced onion, add chopped carrot, cauliflower & toss
it. Now add baby corn, red, yellow & green bell pepper and toss.
After this add salt, chilli and turmeric powder & mix it nicely.
Now add tomato ketchup & toss once again.  
Finally add coriander leaves, tomato, vinegar & green chilli &
toss. Let it stand for 30mins & then transfer into serving bowl.
