Sooji Idli + Stuff Idli

Sambhar or Coconut Chutney

2 Cup of Sooji
1 Cup Curd
2 TeaSp. sugar
1 tesspoon vinegar
a pinch of Eno
Salt to taste
Other than Eno, mix every ingredients. When you are ready to 
cook Idlies, add Eno at that time only.

Put in the idli cooker and steam for 20 minutes at medium to 
hig flame.

For Stuff Idli:

Either with Sooji or other batter Idli, mix Alu curry, Onion, 
Peas, Corn. I prefer Loki (winter melon) & Egg plant.

Note: While putting in the moulds, first put plain idli batter 
so that the vegetable won't stick then fill rest of the idli 
mould with mixed veggies idli batter.

Steam for 20 minutes and serve with ketchup/chutney/smabhar.
