capsicum--2 onion-- 1 tomatoes--2 chillypowder-1tsp corainder powder--1tsp garam masala--1/4tsp salt--as required
Pour oil in gadai,add onion fry till it is golden brown,add tomatoes fry and add capsicum add water and cover it till it is half cooked.Then add chilly pwder,corainder powder and garam masala,cook in medium flame .add salt when it is finally cooked.It can be served with chapathis
